Steaming, stretching and moulding the upper ON A LAST which has been altered in the toe box area or the joint to change the shape of the front of the boot based on the customers foot drawings (very basic foot outline i.e. no more than 3-4 measurements) *NOTE this is not made to measure and once the boot has been altered the last will be re-modified for other work.
